Here’s a 30 day yoga challenge (: I’d thought it be fun.
Day 1: Downward Facing Dog

What were your favorite things to do in the past? What about now?
When I was younger, I used to love to play soccer. It was my favorite thing to do. Now, I don’t know really want to do, or what I like, but I know I love music.
Day 2: Upward Facing Dog

What makes you feel great about yourself?
I really like helping people. I feel such a sense of accomplishment. On another note, I really like wearing a really cute outfit. It makes me so much more confident in myself. My perspective is altered; instead of being depressed in a a pair of sweats, if I wear a cute dress I feel empowered.
Day 3: Warrior 1

What was the most damaging even in your life that gave you a negative self image?
Normally, I have a pretty positive self image. However, whenever I look back at pictures of myself, or think about what I did in the past, I feel like I was so stupid. I am sure it is just all a part of growing up. But still, I look at picture from last summer, and I say to myself, “What was I thinking wearing that?” or “Did I really think I was cool back then?”
